The 1600 Series Sewer Vent is cast from 356-T6 aluminum alloy for light weight construction. The valve is then powder coated the a green epoxy that is highly resistant to sewer acids and gases. It is finished with a green coating that blends in nicely with the existing environment.

A 1/4" x 1/4" protective mesh screen keeps debris and insects form entering the vent pipe while maintaining the required open area for municipal use (1.25:1 ratio).

Alternative materials are available upon request.

Cast in either 356-T6 aluminum alloy, or stainless steel, the 1700 Series allows for ventilation while in the open position. Our patented float design automatically seals off the vent pipe to prevent inflow of water into the lines. A stainless steel insect screen and flame screen keep debris from entering the vent pipe. All hardware is 316 stainless steel, and the valve body is powder coated with a special epoxy that is highly resistant to sewer gases and acids.

1200 Roof Vent Odor Control Valve

Wager’s 1200 Odor Control Roof Vent is designed for rooftop ventilation as a means to equalize the pressure required to keep steady flows of wastewater in toilets and sinks. Odor may become a problem when the resulting h3S gas from a septic system flows to ground levels by means of wind currents or temperature inversions.

Our 1200 model is molded from UV resistant reinforced nylon for protection from harsh environments. A slip-on sleeve allows for easy installation. Vent holes inside the unit provide a 1:1 open area of airflow. Cover vent holes are designed to restrict insects from nesting in the unit.

Each unit contains a canister with 5 lbs. of our odor scrubbing media. A groove lock top makes canister replacement quick and easy. Media and canisters are all non-toxic and landfill disposable..

The 1800 Odour Control Vent Valve connects to a candy cane style pipe, and is designed to allow for ventilation in the open position. The valve body may be easily disassembled with two quick release lockable metal latches. The interior of the body contains a canister filled with odor media. This media is in pellet form allowing for better airflow thru the media bed, and is highly effective in removing hydrogen sulfide gas (h3S) found in wastewater treatment applications. Pellets are non-toxic and landfill disposable. The media contains blue indicator pellets that turn white when the media is spent. A complementary lab analysis is also offered to determine the remaining life of the media. This is especially helpful in creating an effective preventative maintenance program for odor control.

The 1800 is cast in 356-T6 aluminum with an epoxy powder coated finish. It is available in both standard 4” or 6” (100mm or 150mm) with a option of a metric flanged end connection.

A vertically mounted 1800, with rainshield is also available to protect the media from water damage in any rain event.

The 1850 is a combined odor control vent valve, with the additional feature of a ball check to prevent water from submerging the media bed, as well as prevent inflow of flood waters into the lines.

The 1850 connects to a candy cane style pipe. It is designed to allow for venting in the open position. The interior of the body contains a canister filled with 12 lbs of odor media. The media is in pellet form allowing for better airflow thru the media bed, and is highly effective in removing hydrogen sulfide gas ( h3S ) . Pellets are non-toxic, and landfill disposable. Blue life indicator pellets turn white when the media is spent. A complimentary lab analysis is offered after 1 year in service to determine the remaining life of the media. This is especially helpful in creating an effective preventative maintenance program for odor control.

The 1850 is cast in aluminum with an epoxy coated finish. It is available in both 4” or 6” flanged end connection. A polyethylene float and neoprene seat are incorporated into the check valve. It uses all stainless steel hardware and insect screens to prevent corrosion.

The Sewer 2000 Vertical Vent Check Valve is a dual-action float design. The top portion of the valve allows for ventilation in the open position, and prevents inflow of water during floods.
The bottom ball float blocks the out flow of water should the sewer line reach capacity. This is especially important in areas where sewer out-fall lines run next to rivers and streams. The overflow of sewer collection lines in these areas would be devastating to the quality of the water and surrounding land.

The 2000 Series valve is manufactured of 3/16 cold rolled carbon steel or aluminum plates. It consists of three main parts: an outer body, an inner body, and a cover. The dual floats are made from high density polyethelyne. These seat to neoprene gasket material, and assure a positve seal in both directions. The valve body is powder coated epoxy that is highly resistant to sewer acids and gases.

It has 4 louvered vents to allow for maximum air flow of deodorized air. h3S gas is directed thru a canister containing 30 lbs or 50 lbs of odor controlling media. The media is an engineered product, designed to chemically absorb the h3S gas and change it to a non-toxic compound. Blue indicator life pellets turn white when the media is spent. A complimentary lab analysis of the media is available after a period of 8-12 months. Feedback from lab testing will greatly assist in determining the proper PM maintenance program for each vent site.
 
The 2050 has been successfully used on gravity lines, forced mains, and air release valves. It’s attractive appearance allows for installations in both residential and commercial sites. Every unit is equipped with tamper proof lockable latches.

The 2050 Intake valve allows for up to 400 CFM of fresh air to intake directly into the lines without any restrictions from the unit’s media bed.   This assures continued airflow during pumping sequences needed with air release valves, and also with a vacuum sewer system where outside fresh air is required for system operation.

The water separator directly connects to both the vent stack and to the 2050-200 odor control valve.

Air enters the water separator and a baffle directs the airflow to the bottom of the unit where moisture in the air can accumulate. Once the accumulating water reaches the level of a float in the unit, a drain will open and release the water into the wet well. The dry air proceeds to the top of the water separator, and enters in to the 2050-200 where the h3S gas is scrubbed with 200 pounds of odor controlling media.

The 2100 Mushroom Check Valve mounts vertically with a 2" female thread connection. The body is molded from UV resistant reinforced nylon. The valve has a 1:1 ratio open area allowing for venting in the open position. A polyethylene float rises to a neoprene gasket to prevent inflow of water in flood conditions. Easily retrofitted.

The 2100 is typically used to ventilate grinder pump wet wells. This animation illustrates how the 2100 series mounted above ground,allows for ventilation in the open position (green arrows).

In the event of a flood situation, the ball float will rise and check preventing any water and debris from entering and damaging the grinder pump.

When the flood waters recede, the ball float returns back to it's orginal position and allows for ventilation once again.

Wager 3000 Manhole Scrubber

ttThe Wager 3000 Manhole Scrubber effectively removes offensive odors emanating from street-level sewer manholes.

The collar of the scrubber rests just below the manhole cover. Odours enter thru the bottom of the unit, and flow upwards thru an odor canister filled with media designed to remove a variety of odor causing gases such as h3S, Mercaptians, and VOC’S by means of chemical absorption. The chemical absorptive process actually changes the molecules in the odorous gases into non- organic salts. This media is in pellet form and allows for better air-flow thru the media bed. It is UL rated, non- toxic, and landfill disposable.

Construction: The Wager 3000 is constructed out of stainless steel for durability. Inside the housing includes one odor canisters, containing 1 cubic foot of dry-scrubbing media. Easy access into the Manhole Scrubber allows for quick and easy canister replacement.

The 3100 Air Release Odour Control Valve is designed to directly connect to an air release valve. The unit is constructed from aluminum, and is epoxy powder coated for protection from harsh environments. The design is compact, and will easily fit inside a manhole, or a vault. A canister containing 30 pounds of odor controlling media is located in the interior of the unit, and is protected with lockable latches to prevent tampering.

The media provided with all Wager odor control valves is engineered in pellet form for consistent airflow, and is designed to scrub h3S gas. The media pellets use a chemical absorptive process in order to change the noxious h3S gases into a non-toxic compound. The media is UL rated, and landfill disposable.

Aside from the obvious benefit of scrubbing exiting h3S gas prior to being released into the atmosphere, the 3100 will also protect the manhole or wet well from corrosive damage that is caused by the h3S gas, and destroys the interior of the wet well.

3100-V Vacuum Air Release Odour Control Valve


The 3100-V is designed for combination Vacuum Air Release Valves. The unit connects directly to an air release valve for odor control, with the added benefit of preventing corrosion in the manhole or vault from the h3S gas.
